Petr Kresimir IV. The Great, (Croatian: Petar Krešimir, Latin: Petrus Cresimiri, ? - 1075) was a Croatian king of the Trpimir dynasty, the first Slavic dynasty to be granted the title of king. He reigned from 1059 to 1075. He unified Croatia, annexing the Dalmatian islands, and the Croatian medieval state was at the height of its power under his rule - hence the nickname The Great
