The dome covering the place of worship is 14 m. on an octagonal pulley. It is in diameter and covered with tiles. The interior is illuminated by four windows in two rows on each wall. On the first row of windows on the east wall, verses with tile inlays were engraved. The windows in the second row are covered with geometrically patterned stained glass. 5.20x7.35 m. of the mosque. Its marble mihrab is adorned with geometric patterns and is the most beautiful example of its age. The four-cornered, domed tomb opposite the mosque, dated 1404, belongs to İlyas Bey.
