The Hunter Dulin Building, also referred to as the California Commercial Wool Building, opened in 1927, was the National Broadcasting Company West Coast Office from 1927 to 1942.
The most famous occupant of the building was fictional `Spade and Archer Detective Agency` from Dashell Hammett book, `The Maltese Falcon.
