| The Huajiang Canyon Bridge is located on the Liuan Expressway in the Huajiang Canyon of Guanling County, Anshun City, Guizhou Province. It has a total length of 2,890 meters, with a vertical height of 625 meters from the bridge to the bottom of the canyon. The main span adopts a steel truss suspension bridge with a single span of 1,420 meters. Both the bridge height and the single-span radial length rank first in the world, hence it is known as the 'World's First Bridge in Horizontal and Vertical Directions'. The bridge tower on the Guanling side of the main bridge is 262 meters high, and that on the Zhenfeng side is 204 meters high. The total weight of the steel truss girder of the entire bridge is approximately 21,000 tons. The construction cost of the bridge exceeded 2 billion yuan. The bridge was completed and opened to traffic on September 28, 2025. |
