| Historic Architecture of Jahaz Mahal (Ship Palace) Mandav Madhya Pradesh. It was built by Sultan Ghiyasuddin Khalji(Khilji) of Malwa Sultanate. It is situated between two artificial lakes in Royal Complex and from a distance and elevation it looks like a Ship floating in a sea. Thats why it is named as Jahaz Mahal(Ship Palace). |
