| The Hillsboro Inlet lighthouse was the last lighthouse in Florida to be built on-shore. It stands 136' tall and is Florida's most powerful lighthouse at two million candlepower. It is visible for 25 miles out to sea and flashes a white light once every 20 seconds. |
