A handmade, hand-carved calligraphy pen made of Javanese fern reed, also known as handam. This is a traditional handcrafted dipping pen, known as qalam. It is used in classical Islamic arts or Arabic calligraphy known as: khat. It is also used in Southeast Asian Jawi scripts.
