East Potomac Park, also known as Hains Point, is a 300+ acre peninsula between Washington Channel and the Potomac River on the south side of the Tidal Basin in Washington DC. With less tourist traffic, this park features many of DCs famous cherry trees and this loop is a popular place for biking.
