Pereskia grandiflolia is a genus of cacti in the family Cactus. Shrubs or vines, with a plant height of generally 6 to 7 meters. The branches are relatively thick and robust, with several deep brown sharp thorns growing in the armpit of the leaf base. The leaves are succulent and thick, with short stalks, a smooth and waxy surface, and entire. The raceme is terminal, with light purple red flowers that bloom from summer to early autumn. Cherry Kirin has bright and diverse flowers, and can be used as a potted plant. It can also be planted in warm areas for courtyard viewing.
