Country pop singer, songwriter, musician, tv host, and actor Glen Campbell is seen here performing at a Chicago concert in 1982. Campbell hosted a comedy variety CBS TV show from 1969-1972, `The Glen Campbell Goodtime Hour.` He won 4 Grammy Awards and a Lifetime Achievement award as well. He is best known for his hit singles, ``Wichita Lineman,` `Galveston,` `Gentle on My Mind,` `Rhinestone Cowboy,` `Southern Nights,` and `By the Time I Get to Phoenix.` Campbell suffered from Alzheimer`s Disease in his later years and died at 81 on August 8, 2017.
