Glaucous echeveria (Echeveria secunda), also known as Blue Echeveria, is a species of succulent flowering plant in the family Crassulaceae, native to Mexico. Its blue-green leaves grow in a tight rosette up to 6 inches across. It will readily make offsets that can be propagated when large enough. It will bloom with a 1-inch yellow flower in summer. They are typically grown as house plants. In warmer climates, they can be grown in a rock or crevice garden and will form a ground cover over time. |
