Medu vada is the South Indian breakfast made from skinless urad dal. uddina vade sambar. urad vada. medhu vadai. ulundu vadai. garelu. uzhunnu vada. batuk. mash ke badai. sambar vada with flavoured sambar, medu vada is made with legumes include pigeon pea, chickpea, black gram and green gram, urad dal, salt and water. A little amount of rice flour is added just to make the outer layer slightly crispy. crisp vada is soaked lentil sambar which makes it soft and tender before serving. samabr vadai, just put medu vadai in hot sambar and immediately serve. sambar vadai should be soft and and slip into the throat while eating. urad dal vadai, soft that just melts in your mouth soaked in mild and flavorful sambar that you can drink like soup.
