Medu vada is the South Indian breakfast made from skinless urad dal. uddina vade sambar. urad vada. medhu vadai. ulundu vadai. garelu. uzhunnu vada. batuk. mash ke badai. sambar vada with flavoured sambar, medu vada is made with legumes include pigeon pea, chickpea, black gram and green gram, urad dal, salt and water.
