| Pictured is the ancient Fonte Oliviera abutting the Monte Frumentario in Assisi, Italy. The fountain was commissioned by the nobleman, Oliviero Ludovici, to supply fresh water for the townspeople and built in 1570. It was attributed to the architect Galeazzo Alessi and the fountain is decorated with multiple small coats of arms. |
