A fountain of tears in the Bakhchsarai Khan Palace. It was created by the Bakhchisaray master Omer in 1764 by the command of Crimea Girey Khan and was installed at the mausoleum of Dilyara Bikech. In 1784 the fountain was moved. The monument was sung by Alexander Pushkin in the poem `The Fountain of Bakhchisarai`. The fountain is decorated with two inscriptions. The upper one is a poem that glorifies the khan of Crimea Giray. The lower inscription quotes a verse from the Koran: In heaven, the righteous will drink water, from a spring called Selsebil.
