The once very famous silent film star Norma Talmadge lived in this Greek Revival style home in the Corona Heights neighborhood of San Francisco, built in 1922. Her husband, the more famous studio executive Joseph Schenck, as head of United Artists Studios, was able to help her faltering career by getting her more and better rolls. Although she did make a couple of disastrous talkies, she was already going down hill before them, so she finally retired. This Greek Revival style home in the Corona Heights neighborhood of San Francisco was one of her many homes, but not with Joseph Schenck.
