The first generation Ford Mustang was a sporty car that could also slide into the economy class. The engines included in-line six cylinder for economy and several small block V-8's that attracked the performance enthusiats. The Pony Package included front, grill mounted driving lights. Lee Iaccoca called it a "secretary's Car".
