| Pictured is a bronze statue of a female Air Force pilot standing in front of the black granite interpretive wall for the Post Vietnam War in the Veteran`s Memorial Park in the City of Irving, Texas. The sculptor is Paul Tadlock, a famous American sculptor who created all the sculptures in the park. The first phase of the park was completed in 2004 and the second phase in May 2009. The park honors the Irving residents who paid the ultimate price to protect the basic freedoms we hold dear. |
