Caryatid by Leoncillo Leonardi in the third floor of the new exhibition space of Palazzo Merulana on the Esquiline Hill in Rome, Italy. The sculpture in ceramic dates from 1948. The second and the third floor of Palazzo Merulana displays the permanent exhibition which is composed by more than 90 works of the collection of Elena and Claudio Cerasi and includes artists like De Chirico, Balla, Donghi, Capogrossi, Casorati, Pirandello, Severini, Cambellotti. The collection of the former Health Department of Rome is composed mainly of works of the Roman school and the Italian twentieth century with openness towards contemporary art.
