Performing in her one-woman show, "Elaine Stritch at Liberty," which won her a Special Tony Award, as she sprinkled reminisces and tunes drawn from her 70-year show business career which saw her gain fame on tv and stage alike. She won 5 Emmys, and an Olivier Award Stritch to go with her Tony. The venue was Broadway's Neil Simon Theatre on West 52nd Street. Stritch died on February 2, 2014, at the age of 89.
