| This is an early winter picture of the east View of the historic Leaning Tower of Niles located in Niles, Illinois in Cook County. This half sized replica of the Leaning Tower of Pisa was constructed in 1934. The tower features five bells three which were cast in Italy in the 17th and 18th centuries. The structure was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 17, 2019. This picture was taken on December 6, 2019. |
