Active lighthouse built in 1849 on the southern bayshore of Cumberland County in Heislerville, New Jersey. The light marks the mouth of the Maurice River on the Delaware Bay. It is on the National Historic Registry. The Maurice River has been designated a Wild and Scenic River. It received the 2018 Historic Preservation Award for the restoration which included white wash and the new red roof. |
