Brestova River is a river in northeastern Bulgaria, Shoumen District - Smyadovo Municipality, a right tributary of the Golyama Kamchia River. Its length is 31 km. The Brestova River originates under the name Byala Reka from the central part of the Varbishka Mountain, at 528 m above sea level, about 2.5 km west of the Rishki Pass. To the village of Veselinovo it flows in an easterly direction through the Rishka valley in a wide valley. After Veselinovo it turns north and forms a gap between Dragoevska Mountain to the west and the northern branches of Varbishka Mountain to the east. South of the town of Smyadovo it enters the Smyadovo plain, and its valley becomes wide again, occupied by arable lands.
