| A new dumpling house opened in San Francisco`s Sunset District last month and it specializes in a Chinese regional cuisine I`ve not had before, which is from Dongbei in Northeastern China. The region was known as Manchuria previously when it was occupied by the Japanese. The food in this region with harsh winters is spare and hearty.
