The DomStufen-Festspiele in Erfurt are an open-air festival in Thuringia, which were newly founded in 1994 by Erfurt`s then general director Dietrich Taube, based on the model of the Erfurt Domstufen-Spiele, which already took place in the 1960s. The three-week DomStufen Festival takes place every summer on the Cathedral Steps against the backdrop of Erfurt Cathedral and the Severi Church. July 8th, 2021
