| View of the path over the defensive walls of Vigoleno castle Vigoleno, Italy. Built in the 10th century, this small castle has been a key position for the nobile families from the nearby cities of Parma and Piacenza. Passed through various owners through the centuries, has had a massive restoration in 1922 by princess Ruspoli Gramont and since then has been the theatre of many social meetings. In the early eighties, this castle, alongside other ones in the area has been used in Richard Donner`s Ladyhawke movie with Rughter Hauer and Michelle Pfeiffer |
