The daisy fleabane has composite flowers and is comprised of at least forty rayless flowers. They are characterized by a wide, bright yellow disks that is surrounded by short, petal like, white/pink rays. The leaves are covered in hair and appear fuzzy like. Daisy fleabane flourish in fields and along roadsides. They prefer full sun, dry conditions and soil containing clay or gravel. They are native to North America and Canada. They are generally two to three feet tall and bloom from mid to late spring through most of the summer months. They are beautiful flowers.
