Halil Rıfat Paşa Tunnel has originally been built between 1882-1885 by Halil Rıfat Paşa during he was the governor of Sivas province of Ottoman Empire, adn then enlarged in 1989. The tunnel is located through Anlakkaya on the Giresun - Şehinkarahisar Landroute (D865) at altitude of 1025 m nearby Kanlıhan, Dereli - Giresun, Turkey. Its length is 35 m.
