Port of Huatulco, Mexico was awash with floating trash. This is contrasted with the bright colors of the tie-lines for ships at port. The orange bollard looks like short metal mushroom. You can find them on docks and large ships. They are made for a loop of line that is placed over the top and the slack is taken up on the other end to make the line tight and hold the ship in place while docked.
