The Pomeranian Dukes Castle has five wings and two courtyards. Acting as a cultural institution it organizes an array of cultural events: concerts, theatre, film theatre, museum and so on. It was originally built in 1346. After being rebuilt several times the existing castle was as a result of rebuilding between 1956 and 1980 under the Polish rule.
