The count house was an office used by the mine owners. It was once part of the mighty Botallack Mine and is now one of the most recognisable mining landmarks on the Cornish coast. Photographed on an october afternoon National Trust now owns the site which is a UNESCO World heritage site and was a film location in the BBC series Poldark.
