Jaujino Carnival is one of the most important cultural expressions of the province of Cockaigne, both at the level of its character as in its identity and is evident in the cortamonte ritual which has two phases or stages complementary to each other: one of them is brought from Mount; and another cortamonte itself; which is celebrated from Sunday carnival celebrations in the system of the province, and lasts for approximately two weeks, according to the programming of each neighborhood.
