| The conciliation cross in Polanka nad Odrou, Czech Republic. The oldest preserved monument in Polanka, the Conciliation cross, is from 16-17. century, located by the field road leading from Klimkovice in the direction of the church in Stará BÃâºlá. This way, called Mozgal, probably because in 1805 they commemorate the campaign of Russian troops during the Napoleonic Wars. According to the local chronicles were to be crosses 3, but only one survived, these crosses were to denote massgraves of deceased Russian soldiers. |
