Collard greens (latte. Brassica oleracea var. acephala) have an important role in a a healthful Mediterranean diet. They are a nutritional power house absolutely delicious and easy to make. In Croatia this delicacy is called ‘Raštika’ or ‘Kupus na tabak’ because of the way it is prepared: pile the leaves on top of one and other roll into a fat cigar and thinly slice into strips. In the end extra virgin olive oil give them a wonderful flavor.
