| The Cloud Gate is a public sculpture of the British Anish Kapoor and is at the heart of AT & T Plaza in Millennium Park (Chicago, Illinois). The sculpture is nicknamed The Bean because of its shape and is made of 168 stainless steel plates welded together. Kapoor's design was inspired by liquid mercury and the surface of the sculpture reflects distorting the city's skyline. |
