In this respect the mayor of Caracal in November 1891 addressed a request to the County Council President requesting systematically building a local theater to serve as jurors local court. In 1901 the Protosenilor Hill, inaugurated the new theater. Designed Baroque Austrian Franz Billek by the architect, construction impresses through the richness of ornaments: columns, capitals, balconies, cupolas, friezes.
