Chili orange, also called lime (lat. Citrus Ãamblycarpa) is a citrus that is included as a cooking spice.[1] The drink given by lime will add to the fragrant aroma of the dish.[1] Chili orange is a member of the citrus genus or citrus genus.[1] The name sambal orange comes from the Betawi region, while the Javanese and Sundanese call this orange as limo orange, while Malay people more often call this chili orange as lime.[1] Many people are wrong about this orange, thinking that lime or chili orange is the same as lime.[1] Limes limo oranges sambal oranges are almost similar to kaffir limes, but they are smaller.[2] Usually used to add delicious chili sauce or in somay seasoning.[2] Limes are smaller in size than kaffir limes.[2]
