| This is an early Spring picture of the iconic Chicago Merchandise Mart located on the North Bank of the Chicago River in Chicago, Illinois in Cook County. This commercial building was the largest building in the world when it opened in 1930. The building was designed by the architects of Graham, Anderson, Probst and White, it is an example of Art Deco architecture, it was completed in 1930. This picture was taken on April 11, 2018. |
