The chapel is a room without columns with access in the form of two pointed arches. On the walls there are frescoes by Fernando de Villodas, with various biblical themes.
The altar is made of white marble with an image of the Virgen de la Azucena. The small chapels located in the apse house four statues of Spanish saints by Enrique MarÃÂn Higuero. The stained glass windows in the apse contain scenes from the lives of Jesus and Mary as well as the Creation of Adam and Eve, the Expulsion of Adam and Eve from Paradise and the Coronation of the Virgin by God the Father, by J. H. Maumejean. |
