The cemetery chapel was built in 1909, simultaneously with the construction of the College St. Ludwig a monastery with a boys` boarding house. There is also buried a Norwegian pilot who was shot down with his plane during World War II. Various residents of the hamlet of Vlodrop-Station are also buried who died during or just after the Second World War.
