| Castle of King Casimir 1340. The stone castle in Przemysl was built by King Casimir the Great in the southern part of the hill, on the site of an earlier city surrounded by wooden and earthen fortifications. In 1498 it was destroyed by the Volokhi. Subsequently, it was rebuilt and rebuilt; during the Austrian domination, a prison was located here. |
