This small castle is located right on the beach at Los Escullos in Almeria province, Andalusia in the south of Spain, and built during the reign of Charles III in 1765. One in a line of fortresses stretching along the coast from Garrucha (Almeria) to Manilva (Malaga). In front of the castle the fossilized earth caused by erosion.
