| The Al-Hakim Mosque, also known as Masjid Al-Anwar is a historic mosque in Cairo, Egypt. The mosque is located in Islamic Cairo. After the mosque fell into ruins, a major restoration and reconstruction of the mosque was completed by the Dawoodi Bohras, resulting in its reopening for religious use. The mosque is in the form of an irregular rectangle, built according to Arab designs. An arcade surrounds the outdoor courtyard, creating a welcoming atmosphere. |
