Cappadocia - this beautiful and fabulous word is the region in the central part of Turkey on the Anatolian plateau, at an altitude of about 1000 meters above sea level. As a result of the volcanic eruptions that took place here 70 million years ago, an extensive area of ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹Cappadocia was carved with deep fissures, covered with layers of avalanches and volcanic magma. Later, under the influence of rain, sun, snow and wind, are washed out and weathered the soft volcanic rock, which led to the emergence here of amazing natural phenomena - bizarre mountains, rolling valleys and strange rock formations of unusual shapes that sometimes it's hard to believe in their natural origin.
