The Contarelli Chapel located in the church of San Luigi dei Francesi in Rome. It houses the pictorial cycle of Saint Matthew by Caravaggio, the last one in the left nave entering the church with the altar 'Saint Matthew and the Angel' above, on the right side the 'Martyrdom of Saint Matthew' and on the left the 'Calling of Saint Matthew'.
