New Dehli has the worst traffic, but the traffic keeps moving without an accident. We can find almost anything on an Indian road: Cars, trucks, bykes, motorbykes, buses, rickshaws, auto-rickshaws, cows, dogs, goats, garbage, ox and donkey karts, etc. Traffic rules is no rules, with every driver just reacting to what's in front while strugling to get to his destination - fast! - there's of course no time or use for rear view mirrors, so drivers make their presence noticed by using the horn... Cows are everywhere here, and can go wherever they please, normally they are very pleased at just standing in the middle of the road.
