Boyds Tower in Ben Boyds National Park, close to Eden in Merimbula & Sapphire Coast, New South Wales, Australia. The Boyds Tower is located at Red Point, on the southern headland of Twofold Bay. Ben Boyd intended to be used The Tower as a lighthouse to guide home His fleet of ships, but it was refused permission to light by the government of the day. It was later used as a vantage point for whale spotters.
