Black-rumped Flameback OR Lesser Goldenbacked Woodpecker is a common, âsmall-billedâ golden-backed woodpecker with four toes. Endemic to the Indian subcontinent and Sri Lanka. Associated with every lowland wooded habitat except dense tropical forest, it often follows degradation into higher elevations.
