| Built in the years 1908 - 1909 on the gallows hill, the tower in honor of the German emperor Otto von Bismarck. It is a brick tower with a stone structure. Initially, it served as an observation tower. Currently, the facility is not used. It is a landmark in the city`s landscape. The photo was taken using a drone.
