Anthurium hookeri is a gorgeous plant with lush green leaves. It needs to stay relatively moist, but allow it to dry out a little before watering. It likes bright, indirect sun. In its natural environment, it`s fighting through the tropical canopy for light.
Bird`s Nest Anthurium is an evergreen perennial foliage plant with a tropical feel. This species grows without the need for soil substrate and is thus termed epiphytic. It produces un-showy inflorescences which hang pendently. They are surrounded by green spathes tinged purple and their spadix is purple-blue in colour, leading onto oval to oblong, white berries.
