| Photo of 12 lb Bluefish caught on a jig off of the coast of Ocean City Maryland during the month of November. These fish fight very hard and have sharp teeth which can take off a finger if not handled properly. Bluefish are also caught in the Chesapeake Bay and generally run smaller than their Atlantic counterparts. These fish are very oily but can be prepared successfully with baking or broiling. |
